Stu comes to Drive Automotive Services with a wealth of automotive and multi-unit business experience. He is the former CEO of True Blue Car Wash LLC now owned by Couche Tard (Circle K) – with 65 locations in 4 states President and Chairman of Bridgestone Retail operations – a $4 billion business unit of Bridgestone Americas – In his former role he had leadership oversight of operations for 2,218 company-owned tire and automotive service centers all of which employed more than 23,000 people. With 35 years of experience in the automotive retail business, Stu previously served as President of Jiffy Lube International, overseeing more than 2,100 franchised service centers serving approximately 22 million customers annually throughout North America. He served as COO at Service King collision repair company. Stu held numerous leadership roles with Shell and Texaco during his 28 -year tenure, including Vice President of National Accounts, North American Automotive Consumer Products; General Manger Strategy & Portfolio, North America; Vice President Sales & Operations, Caribbean, Central America, Northern South America, Director of Marketing, and Head of Retail at Caltex New Zealand where he oversaw the retail operations for 325 convenience stores.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Tulsa, where he attended on a football scholarship before spending three years as a professional place kicker in the NFL and USFL.

Stu serves on the advisory board for the Collins College of business at the University of Tulsa, he is a former trustee for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, former Chairman of Northwest Houston Young Life and former National Vice President of the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Stu and his wife Mia reside in Scottsdale Az and Houston, Texas. They have two grown married children in Houston and four adorable granddaughters.

Kyle Poyer is a seasoned financial leader with nearly two decades of experience steering the financial and strategic direction of top-tier organizations. As a financial leader at private equity backed, middle market private, and large publicly traded companies, he oversaw financial operations, ensuring robust fiscal management, compliance, and sustainable growth.

Having spent most of his career at Circle K Stores, Kyle quickly rose through the ranks due to his knack for innovative financial strategies and an innate ability to align financial management with business operations. Before joining Drive Automotive Services, Kyle served as the Chief Financial Officer of Magnolia Wash Holdings, where he played a pivotal role in the company's expansion from 7 to over 100 car wash locations in three years.

Kyle completed extensive post-graduate work at the Kenan-Flager Business School of the University of North Carolina, Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University and holds an MBA from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of West Florida.

Simon joined the Drive team with nearly three decades of experience in the tire and automotive service industry.

He started his career with Firestone Complete Auto Care/Bridgestone Retail Operations and throughout the years held numerous roles which included overseeing day to day operations of 125 auto repair locations, to leading various cross-functional teams in development and execution of long-term strategic plans.

Simon most recently held several executive leadership roles within GreatWater Garages, a full service auto repair company in the Midwest, where he played an integral role in their growth over the last few years.

He has a successful track record of delivering award winning results, building, and developing high performing teams, driving innovation, and instilling operational excellence. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Lewis University. He and his family reside in the Milwaukee area.

A 30-year veteran of the human resources profession, Tina’s career has spanned a wide variety of industries and challenges. Her expertise includes strategic planning, talent management, organizational design and effectiveness, leadership and management coaching, mediation and conflict resolution, change/transition management and employee benefits design and administration. Tina has held HR leadership roles in well-known brands such as Epson, Travelocity and La Madeleine French Bakery & Cafe.

As a member of the leadership team with Drive Automotive, Tina’s problem-solving, people-centric nature and passion for the employee experience provide her the ability to build strong, effective relationships with all disciplines. She is known for leading efforts to grow and “enhance” company culture and encourage diversity and inclusion.

Tina is a proud graduate of Florida State University. She enjoys football season and rooting for her Seminoles!

With an illustrious career spanning over 25 years, Lisa has garnered a reputation for her unparalleled, exceptional leadership skills, and unwavering dedication to helping brands grow.

As a pivotal member of the Drive Automotive Services team, Lisa exemplifies the values of professionalism, expertise, and customer-centricity. Her remarkable career journey and outstanding contributions to the success of brands like Pizza Hut, Sonic, I-Hop, AAMCO and Monro, Inc. have solidified her reputation as an invaluable asset to the organization and a respected figure in the field.

Lisa received her undergraduate degree from Temple University and her Masters of Business Administration from Penn State.

Matt joined the Drive Automotive team in March 2022 and leads Drive’s new store growth via acquisitions and build to suits. Prior to joining Drive, Matt worked at The Home Depot on their Strategic Business Development team, where he worked on various acquisitions and strategic projects, including The Home Depot’s acquisition of HD Supply.

He began his career in investment banking at Bowstring Advisors (now Citizens Capital Markets).

Matt graduated from Georgia Tech and lives in Atlanta with his wife, Jamie, and son.
