    Virginia Corse

    SHRM-CP, DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES


    Virginia Corse, SHRM-CP (SHRM Certified Professional), has been in the HR field for approximately 24 years, she is the President of Allatoona SHRM, a local chapter in North Georgia.

    Her sweet spot is Employee Relations, Training/Development and Compliance, she is bilingual, Spanish/English.  Virginia joined our corporate team in late March 2022 with a primary focus to develop our HR department

    and strengthening current processes and policies.  Virginia is also responsible for our Customer Service department.

    Michael Clock

    CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER


    Chief Financial Officer for over 20 years in the restaurant industry. Expertise includes growing Company valuation by developing and implementing strategic plans,

    improving unit economics, reducing unit investment, and establishing and maintaining positive relationships with the franchise system.

    Laura Roembke

    VP OF CORPORATE OPERATIONS


    Laura has over 20 years of experience and is responsible for accounting, financial reporting, and special projects. Born and raised a Hoosier she received her B.S degree in Finance from Indiana University, her CPA certification, and an MBA from Butler University. Laura joined SRSANDCO, now Drive Automotive Services, in 2013 and has seen the company change and grow over that time. Before joining SRSANDCO, she enjoyed a 13-year position as full-time Family CEO for her 3 children and husband of 35 years. Prior to moving to Georgia, Laura was the Manager of Inventory Accounting for Universal Music Group and Plant Accountant for Westvaco.  In her free time Laura enjoys spending time with her family, doing DIY projects, and hiking

      Matt Hill

      BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER


      Matt joined the Drive team in March 2022 and is responsible for growing Drive’s portfolio via acquisitions of existing stores, new store builds, or assumptions of leases on existing buildings.

      Prior to joining Drive, Matt worked at The Home Depot on their Strategic Business Development team, where he worked on various acquisitions and strategic projects, including The Home Depot’s acquisition of HD Supply.  He began

      his career at Bowstring Advisors, primarily supporting business owners in their efforts to sell their businesses.  Matt graduated from Georgia Tech and lives in Northwest GA with his wife, Jamie.

      Matt is frequently working with business owners and real estate developers to continue Drive’s impressive growth.

      Adam Yeager

      VP OF FIELD OPERATIONS


      Adam joined Drive Automotive Services as Regional Manager in Georgia in 2018. He has 10+ years of operating experience.

      Adam was the former VP of Operations at America’s Service Station prior to sale to Meineke Car Care and as

      Head of National Sales & Training at Meineke.

      Rissy Sutherland

      CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER


      Ms. Rissy Sutherland has been in the franchising and automotive industry for over 20 years.  She is the CEO of Drive Automotive Services.

      Drive Automotive Services is a 40-million-dollar automotive repair chain located in 4 states. The stores are all debt free and owned by the parent company (no franchising).

      We take care of our customers and employees, which is why we have been so successful through the years. The company is in another growth mode with projections of opening another 75 locations in the next 3 years.

       She has opened hundreds of automotive shops around the country in the last 20 years.  She was the Co-Founder and COO of Honest-1 Auto Care, LLC, a position she held from April 2008 – March 2016 before selling her equity in the company.   Ms. Sutherland has spent her entire career, and, in fact, most of her life, in the automotive industry, including more than 20 years of shop technical, management and ownership experience prior to starting Honest-1 and CEO of Drive Automotive Services. . She grew up in an automotive family that owned several facilities, in which she learned to work in every position available.  Ms. Sutherland has extensive experience in automotive, medical, child-focused, and maid service franchise operations, marketing, multiunit, and training experience. Prior to starting Honest-1, she served as Director of Training and Vice President of Operations and Training for Moran Industries, Inc., where she was responsible for over 200 repair facilities.

      While running repair shops, Ms. Sutherland earned her Master’s in Human Resources Development and Training from Clemson University. Since then, Ms. Sutherland has been speaking at Automotive and franchise industry conventions and meetings.  She draws on her vast experience in the repair industry and franchising to take a hands-on approach to help the franchisors and businesses improve each day through the development of eLearning systems, training, marketing, and more. She also serves as a Consulting COO and CEO for multiple franchise companies in the children’s, medical, service, and maid service industries.  She consults these companies on how to develop training, franchise sales systems, operational support, marketing plans, franchisee communications, and strategic planning for their companies and franchisees. Ms. Sutherland gives back to the franchise community by serving on the franchise relations board for the IFA and Franchise Training Summits.  She has also served on the Editorial Board of Advisors for Ratchet and Wrench Magazine and as a writer for the magazine.  She gives back by serving on many boards for foster care, big brother big sisters, and Women in Business.

       

      Michael Wills

      DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES


      Michael comes to Drive Automotive Services with over 10 years of experience with technology in the automotive sector.

      He has configured Metro Fiber networks, setup hardware upgrades for the company, and works closely with other vendors in the industry to improve efficiency.

      Michael’s main goal is to streamline the store opening process for speed and efficiency in order to support company goals.
